It wasn’t long before she was reveling in a new momentum, thanks to just “having somebody by your side that you can bounce questions, concerns, and ideas off of.”

Practicing via mock interviews instilled something in Pauline that she hadn’t felt in a very long time: Confidence.

Of course, she had always been fully aware of her own professional shortcomings—like having no hospital experience and bringing no IV/infusion work to the table. 

But for Pauline, the PCC impact was pretty much immediate: she realized that this mentorship was one major “missing piece” of her career search. It was individual attention and the expertise of her coach that from the start proved “really instrumental” in her search.
