Jodi Dreiling is a graduate of Ohio Northern University, where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree with distinction. Following graduation, Jodi began her career as a Pharmacy Practice Resident at Duke University, eventually transitioning into critical care pharmacy and later the pharmaceutical industry.
She spent over a decade at Cleveland Clinic Akron General as a Critical Care Pharmacotherapy Specialist and PGY-2 Critical Care Residency Director. Jodi later transitioned to industry roles, starting as a Medical Science Liaison at Theravance Biopharma and Sanofi. Over time, she advanced into leadership roles, including Associate Director of Field Medical Training and Regional Associate Director, MSL Field Lead – Central Region.
Jodi currently serves as the Director of Medical Education at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals. With board certifications in Pharmacotherapy, Critical Care, and Medical Affairs, she brings deep clinical and industry knowledge to her role.
Jodi has a strong passion for mentoring and developing others. She actively supports healthcare professionals seeking to transition into the pharmaceutical industry by sharing her experience in medical affairs, MSL training, and career coaching.
Jodi lives in Cleveland, OH and continues to support the professional development of aspiring industry pharmacists.
