Rubi began the first year of her career as a retail pharmacist after which she transitioned into pharmacy benefit management (PBM), pharmacy consulting, pharmaceutical detailing, and behavioral health roles. Currently, in addition to career coaching, Rubi practices remotely as a product Director for a top PBM.

What Rubi enjoys most about coaching is it gives her the opportunity to utilize her vast experience working in various capacities within healthcare, to serve as a valuable resource assisting others in acquiring intrinsically rewarding careers in pharmacy and achieving a healthier work-life balance.

Rubi calls the state of Texas home where she and her husband along with their daughter, son and dog reside. In her free time she enjoys reading, singing and writing music.
