Rachel eventually became the Pharmacy Clinical Manager of an eight-hospital health system. In that role, she served as the ASHP PGY-1 Residency Director, mentoring and coaching multiple residents. During her time as Clinical Manager, Rachel ran the health-system formulary, served on the speaker bureaus of multiple PhRMA companies, spoke at national meetings, and received a research grant in VTE prevention from ASHP.

Rachel eventually transitioned from hospital pharmacy to industry. She currently resides in Southern California, where she works as a Medical Science Liaison in the neonatal field.

Outside of work, Rachel’s passions include writing, cooking, binging new TV shows, and filmmaking.
