Michelle previously practiced as an ambulatory care pharmacy clinical practice specialist and also as a relief clinical pharmacist in the inpatient setting. She is currently the residency program director for an ASHP accredited PGY1 program and a pharmacy supervisor who directly oversees the work and related patient care activities of 37 pharmacists including a pharmacy resident, clinical practice specialists and inpatient care pharmacists. She has precepted numerous pharmacy students and residents.

Michelle’s experience working with a large pharmacy team, as well as students and residents, has equipped her with extensive experience in helping team members achieve goals and has prepared her well to ensure the success of those she coaches at Pharmacy Career Coach. She is passionate about the field of pharmacy and equipping pharmacists with the necessary tools to achieve career success.

Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful boys. When she is not practicing or coaching, Michelle enjoys spending time at the beach and gardening.
