Laura Cox is a board-certified graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. She has extensive experience in various pharmacy settings, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and specialty pharmacy, with a strong focus on accreditation and compliance.

Laura began her career as a Clinical Pharmacy Manager at Atrium Health, where she managed clinical operations and developed new clinical programs. She then transitioned to consultancy roles, including Senior Director at D2 Consulting and Chief Compliance Officer at Chemistry RX Holdings. In these positions, Laura successfully managed 50 state facility licensure, compliance audits, and accreditation processes. Currently, she owns MetRx Management Company, providing pharmacy project management and accreditation coaching.

In her coaching role, Laura is passionate about mentoring pharmacy professionals to achieve their career potential through personalized strategies. She focuses on interview skills, CV and cover letter writing, and networking. Her broad experience across multiple pharmacy practice settings enables her to provide valuable insights and guidance to her clients.

Laura lives in Fort Mill, SC. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga and is a certified prenatal yoga teacher. She integrates wellness practices into her daily routine and is an active member of the Yoga Alliance.
