In her current role, Julie is responsible for the clinical operations team, including formulary and clinical program management and clinical account management, for a large worker’s compensation PBM.

Julie has been a virtual, work-from-home employee for the last nine years in various roles. She is well-equipped to discuss the challenges and opportunities of this working environment.

Julie is passionate about coaching and opening new possibilities for colleagues to pursue a career that is both personally and professionally satisfying. Using her background in various areas of pharmacy and her penchant for pivoting to new paths, Julie assists fellow pharmacists in their quest to obtain fulfilling pharmacy careers.

Julie recently relocated back to the Kansas City area after five years in Southern California and 17 years in Tucson, AZ. She and her husband are the proud parents of two boys who continue to keep them busy into the college years! Away from work, Julie enjoys traveling, watching football, baseball, and college basketball, and cooking.
