A graduate of the University of Washington School of Pharmacy, Heidi has held senior leadership roles where she built and led compliance, audit, and pharmacy operations teams at organizations such as Amazon Pharmacy, Capital Rx, Alto Pharmacy, and the Washington State Board of Pharmacy.
Heidi’s career spans both public and private sectors, including her time as a Pharmacist Investigator for the Washington State Board of Pharmacy, where she conducted inspections, investigations, and regulatory enforcement. In later roles, she focused on building scalable compliance programs, leading enterprise investigations, and guiding companies through complex regulatory landscapes.
