Denise Pauzano is a highly experienced pharmacist and director with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory affairs, and medical communications. A graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, she has held various leadership roles that showcase her expertise in managing pharmacy fellows and students, developing medical information content, and overseeing regulatory strategy.

Denise's career began at Rite Aid Pharmacy and Target Pharmacy, where she gained valuable experience in retail pharmacy. She then transitioned to industry roles at AstraZeneca, Centocor Ortho Biotech, and Med Communications Inc., where she developed and managed medical content across a wide range of therapeutic areas. Currently, she is the Director of Medical Information at Spark Therapeutics, where she oversees fellows, manages medical content, and supports regulatory strategy.

In her coaching role, Denise is dedicated to mentoring pharmacy professionals, especially new graduates and those transitioning from retail to industry settings. She focuses on personalized strategies for resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and networking.
