B'nai earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy before embarking on her career as a Retail Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens Co. Over a decade, she successfully managed three pharmacy locations, which led her to pursue a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland University College. This further education helped B'nai enhance her pharmacy management and consultancy expertise across various healthcare settings.

Her professional experience spans ambulatory care services, long-term care, managed care, and medication therapy management—her true passion. A standout moment in B'nai's career was securing a position at an accountable care organization, where she contributed to improving health outcomes for an underserved community within a small medical office. This experience allowed her to connect with other healthcare professionals and fueled her drive to continue her impactful work.

As a former mentee of Pharmacy Career Coach (PCC), B'nai attributes much of her career growth and success to the guidance she received. Inspired by her experience, she aspires to help fellow pharmacists discover their career paths and support them in developing their skills and professional growth.

Currently, B'nai serves as a remote Patient Care Clinical Pharmacist with OptumRx, a role she takes great pride in. Counseling patients on their medications and optimizing patient care is at the heart of her motivation to become a pharmacist. B'nai resides in Southern Maryland and enjoys spending her free time traveling with her husband and two daughters.

In addition to her work as a pharmacist, B'nai is involved in freelance medical writing and several entrepreneurial ventures, experiences she eagerly shares with potential mentees to help them explore diverse opportunities within the pharmacy field.
