During these 2 years, he also served as an adjunct faculty member at St. John’s University, participating in a variety of classes and curriculum development initiatives. After his fellowship, he stayed on with the company to become a full global clinical trial manager in which he actively managed a multitude of vendors to successfully drive clinical trials to completion. His experiences through the process provided direct experience with the changing landscape of the patient journey throughout the clinical trial participation and led to multiple presentations of the results to the FDA for product approval consideration. In conjunction, Ash also chose to complete his MBA with a concentration in healthcare management to further develop his leadership skills and boost his potential career growth opportunities.
Even though his direct day-to-day experience revolved around clinical trials, he had an underlying passion for technology and the start-up world culture. This led him to pursue careers in multiple start-ups within the digital healthcare space and eventually helped to lead them through the growth phase to become successful leading companies in their respective space.
One of Ash’s core career beliefs is that the PharmD degree is the most versatile degree an individual can obtain. His personal interest in coaching stems from the desire to help individuals realize what options are out there to meet their interests, strengths, and lifestyle needs.
Although originally from Dallas, Ash now resides in NJ and is an avid sports fan, and traveler, and has an extreme love for cars. He always loves to hear new ideas and can be found binging episodes of “Shark Tank” in his spare time.
