Ashleigh Netter is a pharmacist, healthcare executive, and career mentor with over 15 years of leadership experience spanning retail pharmacy, managed care, clinical operations, and health equity initiatives. A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, she has held senior roles across the healthcare landscape, including Vice President of Pharmacy Operations and Vice President of Health Equity at Louisiana Healthcare Connections, where she led statewide programs impacting more than 500,000 Medicaid members.

Ashleigh began her career as a community pharmacist with Walgreens, where she advanced into pharmacy management and gained firsthand experience in operations, MTM, and patient engagement. She later transitioned into healthcare delivery and plan leadership, serving as Director of Pharmacy at JenCare Senior Medical Center and eventually leading enterprise pharmacy strategy at the health plan level.
