Allison Baglin is a highly accomplished pharmacist and global medical affairs leader with over 20 years of experience spanning clinical pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, managed care, and the pharmaceutical industry. A graduate of Western University of Health Sciences, she has built a distinguished career guiding product launches, shaping field medical strategy, and leading training initiatives that have elevated MSL capabilities and medical engagement across the globe.
Currently serving as Associate Director of Global Medical Communications at Novartis, Ally leads the development of global medical content, training strategy, and scientific engagement tools for field medical teams. Her work has supported high-profile product launches in rare disease, neurology, and gene therapy, while driving consistency and excellence across regional and international teams.
